Our Official Launch Date

The folks behind GeekGhost got together late 2011 and the brand was officially launched in 2012. We've been killing it ever since.

We get these all the time. You might even call them F.A.Q.'s

Do you outsource your support?
All of our techs work for GeekGhost LLC. We do not outsource to call centers or third party support companies. Not that there's anything wrong with that. It's just not our style. When you communicate with a GeekGhost tech, you're dealing with just that...a GeekGhost tech. They have a vested interest in our firm and our customers. This assures you get the absolute best possible care and attention.
Tell me about your support techs!
We hire a certain type of tech. They need to be knowledgable but also personable. Every single geek at GeekGhost is likable, caring, friendly and most important...patient. It's ok if you're new to this. We'll hold your hand and walk you through if that's what it takes.
Are your servers Unix / Linux, or Windows NT?
All Hosting Plans run on cPanel servers using CentOS 64 bit. Windows can be requested for dedicated servers or VPS plans but we offer no support for Windows platforms.
Do you offer telephone support?
GeekGhost prides itself on some of the fastest support response times in this industry. While we do not offer phone support, you can always request a tech call you if you need clearer spoken instructions to resolve your issue. This must be requested via a ticket through your customer portal. Our company policy is to document all support requests. This helps us track our techs responses and assure Quality of Service.
Can you migrate my account(s) from my old host?
Absolutely! If you're coming from a cPanel based hosting account we'll migrate you for free to our servers. We'll also move any of your Wordpress based sites regardless of what hosting platform they are on. Please note, we will not migrate from a Windows based server but can assist you in some cases depending on the site(s) in question.
What forms of payment do you accept?
GeekGhost proudly accepts Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover. We also accept Paypal. All credit card payments are processed using PCI compliant servers.
How do I know you'll be here tomorrow?
We're not going anywhere! Most of us make our living through GeekGhost. This is not a fly by night or kiddie operation. GeekGhost is responsible for the livelihoods of several individuals. We're not selling nor stopping any time soon!
Do you do design work?
We do! We do not advertise as we used to, preferring to focus on specific clients and projects. If you need something done, contact our sales department for a fair and accurate quote.
Will you Webmaster my Wordpress site?
Of course! We can manage your Wordpress site for you including updates and content changes. Ask sales about adding Wordpress Webmaster service to any account.
